All motorcoach modification designs, engineering solutions, installation methods, documentation, and associated intellectual property developed or provided under this agreement remain the exclusive property of the Motorcoach Works (MW). Recipients are granted no ownership rights and may not modify, adapt, create derivative works from, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or commercially exploit such materials without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized modification or redistribution of any motorcoach, modification design, component integration plan, engineering documentation, or associated work product is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief.

The violating party may also be subject to legal action for damages, injunctive relief, recovery of costs and attorney's fees, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
